Step 1 - Consultation

We usually start with an informal chat on the phone about your project. After that, a home visit is arranged for you to meet with one of our designers to chat about your project and go over key specifications such as styles, budget, time frame and appliances.

We actively encourage all our prospective customers to start saving images of styles, colours and any other ideas that are of interest. You can even Email or WhatsApp your designer pictures of kitchens which you have seen. (Note: we can design using detailed architect’s plans).

Step 2 - Design Presentation

You will be invited to view your new kitchen design using 3D renders including elevations. We will also show you the quality of our units, components and any materials chosen.

At this point, we will also run through your quote for the whole project. If you would like to move forward with us, we will then arrange the final survey with our project manager and arrange payment terms.

Step 3 - Final Survey

The final survey will be conducted by your project manager. He will make any necessary changes to the design and products chosen before your kitchen is scheduled for production and installation.

If there is building work involved in your project, then there could be several visits by builders and tradespeople to make sure everything is right for you. Once complete we will agree a start date for your project.

Step 4 - Installation

Your kitchen will be expertly installed by one of our highly trained professional teams. All tradespeople, including plumbers, plasterers, and electricians, will ensure every job is completed to an extremely high standard.

If you have your own builder and tradespeople, and we are just fitting the kitchen, we will work alongside them to ensure the job is completed as expected.

Throughout the process we will keep you updated at all times and will be here to answer any queries you may have.
